Registration, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original registration date.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
• After 30 days, registrations become non-refundable.

Registration Validity

• Students who have registered and paid but are unable to attend their scheduled class may use their registration toward another available class of the same course.
• Registrations remain valid for 180 days from the original registration date.
• After 180 days, unused registrations expire and a new registration and payment will be required.

Rescheduling

• Students who cannot attend their scheduled class should notify Caring People Rescue as soon as possible.
• Whenever possible, we will work with students to transfer their registration to another available class within the 180-day registration period.
• Rescheduling is subject to class availability.

Blended Learning Courses

• For blended learning courses (including Instructor Courses and Basic Life Support (BLS) courses), students must complete all required online coursework before attending the in-person skills session.
• Failure to complete the online portion before class may require rescheduling.

No-Show Policy

Students who fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notice may forfeit their reserved seat.

If the registration remains within the 180-day validity period, Caring People Rescue may allow the student to reschedule for another available class at its discretion.

Business and Corporate Training

Corporate training agreements may be subject to separate terms outlined in the organization's training proposal or service agreement.

Our goal is to help every student successfully complete their training.

We understand that work schedules, family obligations, and emergencies can affect attendance. Whenever possible, we will work with students to help them complete their training within the registration validity period.
